Workplace Charter on Domestic Abuse Video with CEO, Gillian Robinson

Domestic Abuse is not confined to the home. For many people it follows them into the workplace.

The Workplace Charter is a new practical framework that helps organisations recognise and respond to domestic abuse.

The Workplace Charter on Domestic Abuse has been designed by Women's Aid Domestic Abuse Specialists, who bring many years of experience and skills to their work.

The Charter supports employers to put the right policies, training and pathways in place, so colleagues know where to turn and employers know how to respond.

It means any of your colleagues living within a coercively controlling relationship can seek help safely and confidentially.

Women's Aid CEO, Gillian Robinson says "I am calling on businesses all across Northern Ireland of every sector and of every size to sign up to the Workplace Charter on Domestic Abuse and to show real leadership on this very important issue."
